President and CEO
President, Chief Executive Officer and a director of the Corporation. Mr. Sheridan has been employed in the mining industry on a full-time basis since 1987, and holds a B.Sc. and M.Sc. from the London School of Economics and Political Science, United Kingdom.

Carmelo Marrelli (CA)
CFO
Mr. Marrelli holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of
Toronto and is a qualified Chartered Accountant and Certified General
Accountant. Mr. Marrelli is currently a partner with Marrelli & Drake
Corporate Services, a corporate services firm (2004 to present) and was
previously an accountant with Marrelli & Drake Corporate Services (2000 to
2004). Mr. Marrelli also serves as Chief Financial Officer of several other
public junior mining companies.
